About Me
Coaching for Real Life — Not Extremes

I help busy adults build strength, confidence, and long-term health without extreme diets, unrealistic training plans, or living in the gym.

If you’ve struggled with consistency, motivation, or knowing what actually works, you’re not broken — you’ve just been given the wrong approach.
That’s where I come in.
Who I Work With
-
Most of the people I coach are:
-
Busy parents and professionals
-
Short on time, energy, and patience for nonsense
-
Tired of starting again every few months
-
Looking for structure, accountability, and clarity
-
They don’t need hype.
-
They need a plan that fits around real life.
A Bit About Me
My name is Scott, and I’m the founder of Scott Carine Fitness.

I’ve been coaching people for years, and one thing has always stood out to me:
most people don’t fail because they lack willpower — they fail because the plan doesn’t fit their life.
I’ve seen first-hand how extreme approaches, unrealistic expectations, and short-term thinking lead to burnout, frustration, and quitting altogether.

That’s why my approach focuses on doing the basics well, building habits you can actually sustain, understanding why you’re doing what you’re doing, and helping you become confident and self-sufficient over time — without gimmicks, shortcuts, or shouting.
My Coaching Philosophy
I believe training should:
-
Support your life, not compete with it
-
Be structured, but flexible
-
Focus on long-term progress, not quick fixes
-
Be built around consistency, not perfection
You don’t need to train every day.
You don’t need to give up foods you enjoy.
You don’t need to be “motivated” all the time.
You need clarity, structure, and accountability.

Mission Statement
My mission is simple:
To help people become stronger, healthier, and more confident in a way that is realistic, sustainable, and built for the long term.
I want my clients to:

-
Understand their training and nutrition
-
Feel confident in their choices
-
Build habits they can maintain for years, not weeks
Experience & Standards
I take my role seriously and hold myself to high standards.
That means:
-
Ongoing education and development
-
Evidence-based training methods
-
Clear communication and honest guidance
-
No overpromising or false guarantees
Your health, time, and trust matter — and I coach accordingly.

What Makes My Coaching Different
You won’t find:
-
Extreme diets
-
Punishing workouts
-
One-size-fits-all plans
-
Motivational shouting
You will find:
-
Personalised coaching
-
Clear structure and direction
-
Accountability that keeps you consistent
-
Support that adapts as your life changes
